Terms of Use for Water Wise GPT

 Welcome to Water Wise GPT, a service dedicated to providing educational information and guidance on drowning prevention and water safety ("Service"). These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of Water Wise GPT and its content, which are owned and operated by Water Safety Council of Fresno County ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

 1. Acceptable Use

 You agree to use Water Wise GPT only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Water Wise GPT.

 2. Intellectual Property Rights

 The content provided through Water Wise GPT, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Water Safety Council of Fresno County or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

 3. Reliance on Information

 The information presented on or through Water Wise GPT is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

 4. Limitations of Liability

 Water Safety Council of Fresno County and its affiliates, and their licensors and service providers, will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of Water Wise GPT, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if we are expressly advised about the possibility of such damages.

 In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through Water Wise GPT, or your reliance on any product or service obtained from a third party.

 5. Changes to the Terms

 We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter.

 6. Governing Law

 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
