CA Water Safety Summary Meeting 11/15/21

Some common themes
We don't have to solve all water safety issues at one time. Staying within a scope seems to work best.
How do we improve every piece of the puzzle? When people come to this coalition, what do they get out of it?
Messaging was cross-cutting theme - every group talked about getting on the same page with definitions, language, messaging et cetera.
